Island of Dreams is the first indoor theme park in Russia. It is already known as an 'urban resort'. Recreation zone area is 100 ha, and the landscape park is designed to include 9 magical worlds placed around the Moscow Central square size of a soccer pitch.

Island of Dreams park has 120 shops, 12 cafés at the food court, and 26 restaurants. The cinema has 17 halls, and the universal concert hall can seat 3,5 thousand people. The surface of the biggest cupola in Europe is 8,6 thousand sq.km.

The park took up the area of an abandoned park named after 50th anniversary of the October revolution. 7000 old trees were preserved, and about 200 trees were moved to a new place. Total area of the new generation landscape park is now 44 hectares. It includes:

• outdoor cinema;
• areas for playing sports;
• bike lanes and running paths;
• green labyrinth;
• lots of playgrounds for children.

It is estimated that the thematic park will be visited by up to 7,5 mln people annually, and the whole complex – by up to 50 mln people annually.
